Keto Cauliflower Fried Rice With Shrimp Recipe

Spice it up by turning it into fried rice. And while you’re at it, dash in some shrimp for protein.


  • 1 cup cauliflower rice, cooked
  • ½ jalapeno, chopped
  • ¼ tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to prepare:

  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add seasoned shrimp and cook for 3 minutes on both sides. Set aside.
  4. Add green onion, jalapenos, bell peppers, cauliflower rice, onion, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until almost soft.
  5. Add the whisked egg and stir for 2 minutes until cooked and scrambled.
  6. Put in the soy sauce and the sesame oil.
