Blueberry and Raspberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Just few main ingredients and you all set with delicious low-carb meal. What is great about this blueberry and raspberry smoothie bowl, that you can have it not only for breakfast, but for a mid-day snack or even dessert!

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, 4% fat 
  • 4 drops stevia liquid
  • 4 drops vanilla extract 
  • ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened 
  • ¼ cup heavy cream, 36% fat 
  • ¼ cup raspberries 
  • 2 tbsp blueberries 
  • ½ tbsp walnuts, chopped 
  • ½ tbsp sesame seeds 
  • ½ tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add almond milk, blueberries, raspberries (leave a few berries for serving), Greek yogurt, heavy cream, stevia liquid, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk, if needed.
  3. Add the smoothie to a serving bowl and top with raspberries, blueberries, chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. Enjoy your healthy keto breakfast bowl!

*NOTE: Feel free to use frozen berries.
