Berry Yogurt Bowl Recipe

Topped with fresh or frozen berries and almonds for fresh sweetness and crunch.

Ingredients: 

  • 1½ tbsp raspberries 
  • 2 tbsp blueberries 
  • 1 tsp unsalted almonds, sliced 
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt, 0% fat 
  • 3 drops stevia liquid
  • ⅓ cup mascarpone 
  • 2 tsp peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix Greek yogurt with mascarpone, peanut butter, and stevia liquid in a bowl. 
  2. Top with berries and almonds. Enjoy! 

*NOTE: Feel free to substitute our suggested sweetener with any other sugar-free sweetener you have and adjust the sweetness to your liking.

**NOTE: Feel free to use frozen berries.
