This meal-in-a-glass is made with almond milk and heavy cream to give you just 9.7g of net carbs.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 drops vanilla extract  
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream, 36% fat  
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder 
  • ½ cup strawberries, chopped 
  • ¾ cup almond milk, unsweetened  
  • 4 drops stevia liquid

Instructions: 

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed. 
  2. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
