Ingredients:
- 110g/3.9oz pork chops, raw
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 11 asparagus spears, medium
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 pinches rosemary, dried

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C. Season the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with rosemary and garlic. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, then add the pork chops. Sear until golden, for about 4 minutes on each side. Brush pork chops generously with prepared garlic butter.
- Cut off and discard the woody ends of the asparagus and add them to the skillet with the pork chops.
- Place the skillet in the oven and cook for about 8–10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with the remaining garlic butter, and enjoy!
