Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup lettuce, chopped
  • ½ small bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g/1.8oz bacon, raw
  • 1 handful arugula leaves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 medium cherry tomatoes, quarters
  • ¼ small onion, sliced
  • ½ small cucumber, chopped

Instructions: 

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced bacon and fry until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl.
  3. In a serving bowl, add lettuce, arugula leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, sesame seeds, and bacon. Drizzle with the dressing and mix well. Enjoy!
