It’s a great addition to any diet, and pairing it with avocado and tomatoes is a great, fresh change that’s ready in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 8 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g/3.5oz mozzarella cheese, whole-milk
  • 1 small avocado
  • 6 basil leaves, fresh

Instructions: 

  1. Chop mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, and avocado, and slice cherry tomatoes in half. Add into a serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with salt and ground black pepper. Enjoy!
