Mozzarella is a fantastic addition to your ketogenic diet, offering soft cheese texture in a healthier package than most.
It’s a great addition to any diet, and pairing it with avocado and tomatoes is a great, fresh change that’s ready in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 8 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g/3.5oz mozzarella cheese, whole-milk
- 1 small avocado
- 6 basil leaves, fresh

Instructions:
- Chop mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, and avocado, and slice cherry tomatoes in half. Add into a serving bowl.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with salt and ground black pepper. Enjoy!
