Avocado and Berries Smoothie Bowl Recipe

This smoothie bowl simply requires blending some fresh and frozen ingredients and is ideal for lazy keto meal prep.

Ingredients:

  • ½ medium avocado
  • ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • ½ cup strawberries, blueberries, or other mixed berries
  • Ice cubes
  • Stevia or other sugar-free sweeteners to taste
  • 1 tbsp macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients except for the nuts in the blender and whiz till smooth.
  2. Top with nuts, and enjoy. 
  3. If you want, you can top it with more fresh berries. 

Smoothie bowls can be varied. You can use nut butter or full-fat yogurt instead of avocado.
