This smoothie bowl simply requires blending some fresh and frozen ingredients and is ideal for lazy keto meal prep.
Ingredients:
- ½ medium avocado
- ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
- ½ cup strawberries, blueberries, or other mixed berries
- Ice cubes
- Stevia or other sugar-free sweeteners to taste
- 1 tbsp macadamia nuts, chopped
Prep time | Cook time | Total time |

Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients except for the nuts in the blender and whiz till smooth.
- Top with nuts, and enjoy.
- If you want, you can top it with more fresh berries.
Smoothie bowls can be varied. You can use nut butter or full-fat yogurt instead of avocado.
