This easy keto taco salad for lunch is definitely a winner.
Juicy beef with taco seasoning and low-carb toppings makes this lunch recipe quick, nutritious, and delicious. Soak lettuce leaves in ice water for a few minutes to get that extra crunchiness.

Ingredients:
- 4oz/115g ground beef
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Taco seasoning
- Cheese, grated
- 1 lime, quartered
- Sour cream or cream cheese
Instructions:
- Brown ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat. Make sure to break up the clumps of beef.
- Drain excess grease and season the beef with taco seasoning and allow it to cool.
- Lay lettuce in a bowl and add the seasoned ground beef, onions, avocado slices, lime quarters, tomatoes, and cheese on top.
- Finish with a dollop of cream cheese or sour cream on top.
