Ingredients:
- 20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
- 3 tbsp purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Add your cleaned shrimp to a bowl. Combine it with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Add avocado oil to a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 6–8 minutes until done. Put it aside until cool.
- Lay down three Bibb lettuce leaves together in two places and divide your chopped tomatoes, onions, and cabbage between them.
- Place 10 shrimp in the lettuce wraps and top with parsley.
