Avocado and mayonnaise are perfect for creating a deliciously rich and creamy chicken salad. Enjoy it in different ways: wrap it in tortilla or lettuce, eat it alone, or with a keto bread toast.

Ingredients:
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Dill, chopped
- Cilantro, chopped
- Lime juice
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Add mayonnaise to a bowl.
- Mix in garlic powder, salt, lime juice, and chopped herbs.
- Put in shredded chicken breasts, red onion, and avocado.
- Mix until avocado cubes are mostly broken down. For a chunkier texture, don’t mix it too thoroughly.
- Eat from the bowl or serve it inside lettuce wraps or a low-carb tortilla.
- If using it for meal prep, make sure to cover the bowl with cling wrap to prevent browning.
