One more breakfast meal that will satisfy your chocolate cravings.

You can have it on the go or enjoy it with your morning coffee for a delicious start to the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Stevia, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Optional toppings: Chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sugar-free chocolate chips

How to prepare:

  1. Line an 8x8in / 20x20cm baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in the almond flour until everything is evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Top with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Place the dish in the fridge or freezer until the bars are firm – ideally for 30 minutes. Once they’re firm, cut them into squares.
