Starting your day with a kale smoothie will let you get your daily dose of greens right after you wake up.
Ingredients:
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- Keto sweetener, to taste, such as stevia or monk fruit
- ½ cup keto berries, such as blueberries or raspberries
- 1 cup washed kale
- Optional toppings: Low-carb unsweetened coconut flakes, low-carb chocolate chips, and nuts

How to prepare:
- Place the can of milk in the fridge overnight to allow it to separate and solidify.
- In a medium-sized bowl, scoop out the solidified coconut cream from the top of the chilled can of milk. Discard or save the liquid for keto smoothies.
- Add keto sweetener to taste and stir until well combined.
- Top with keto berries and optional keto toppings like unsweetened coconut flakes, keto chocolate chips, or keto nuts, such as walnuts or pecans.
- Serve your keto smoothies chilled.
