Nutty Chocolate Granola Recipe

No worries, with this low-carb granola you can enjoy the chocolate flavor while still losing weight.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup keto nut butter, such as almond or peanut
  • ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups keto granola
  • ½ cup keto chocolate chips

How to prepare:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well mixed. Stir in keto granola until coated with the mixture.
  3. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, until lightly browned.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle low-carb chocolate chips on top. Let it cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.
