Avocado Spinach Green Smoothie Recipe

Just blend all ingredients together, pour the mixture into a glass, and enjoy your easy keto meal.

The avocado gives it smoothness and body, making it thicker. You can add any other sweetener of your choice that is sugar-free.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ avocado, chopped
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • ¼ cup blueberries or chopped strawberries
  • A few drops of stevia or other sugar-free sweeteners you have
