Try this easy and delicious keto lunch recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped to a small size
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- Cooked and chopped bacon
- 2 tsp chopped chives
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- ½–1 tsp sugar-free sweetener
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds

Instructions:
- Put the broccoli, bacon, and chives in a bowl and combine.
- Mix together the cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and sweetener.
- Spoon over broccoli and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend and the broccoli to soften a bit.
- Top with nuts just before eating.
