Fried Tofu with Cucumber Recipe

Cucumber and parsley will bring crunchy element to your breakfast meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp olive Oil 
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • ⅓ cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 4.5 oz/ 125 g tofu  
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds 
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped 
  • 1 pinch garlic powder 
  • 2 tsp tamari

Instructions:

  1. Drain off the excess liquid of tofu and slice it into small cubes. 
  2. In a small bowl, mix together tamari, sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Add tofu and stir well. 
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add tofu with sauce and fry until brown. 
  4. To a serving bowl, add chopped lettuce, sliced cucumber, tofu cubes, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
