Thats why smoothies with nuts and seeds are a popular option for keto breakfast bowl, not to mention how tasty they are! Here we are sharing one of our most beloved recipe.
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt, 4% fat
- 2 drops stevia liquid
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp raspberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- 3 medium strawberries
- 5 almonds
- ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 5 tbsp heavy cream, 36% fat

Instructions:
- Add almond milk, strawberries, raspberries (leave a few berries for serving), Greek yogurt, heavy cream, stevia liquid, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk, if needed.
- Add the smoothie into a serving bowl and top with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and remaining berries. Enjoy!
