This meal-in-a-glass is made with almond milk and heavy cream to give you just 9.7g of net carbs.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup heavy cream, 36% fat
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup strawberries, chopped
- ¾ cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 4 drops stevia liquid

Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
