Smoked salmon salad with walnuts – smoky, savory, and satisfyingly crunchy option for a dinner on a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients:
- 2.5oz/70g salmon filet, smoked
- 1 cup spinach
- 4 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup arugula leaves
- ⅓ small cucumber, chopped
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:
