When the craving for bread gets to you, bake this keto-friendly banana bread. It’s perfect for breakfast or a tea-time treat. Serve it warm and spread with butter.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp stevia liquid
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup pecan nuts, chopped

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ (180℃).
- Spray the bottom and sides of a 5″ x 3″ loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Mix all the dry ingredients, except the pecan nuts, together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Slowly add the mixed dry ingredients to the mixed wet ingredients, stirring until they are well combined.
- Add the chopped pecan nuts. Save some to sprinkle on top of the loaf.
- Spoon the batter into a loaf pan, sprinkle the remaining chopped pecan nuts on top of the batter, and place in the oven to bake for 25–35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Slice and serve warm with butter.
