Ingredients:
- 150g/5.3oz tofu
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 1 pinch smoked paprika
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 5 medium radishes
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ tbsp water
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- ½ tbsp unsalted chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2½ tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

Instructions:
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- Season tofu cubes with salt, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika. Drizzle with half of the tamari sauce.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu to the pan and fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare peanut butter sauce: mix peanut butter, water, remaining tamari sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and chili flakes (optional) to taste.
- Assemble lettuce boats by filling them with sliced radishes and fried tofu. Top it with chopped peanuts and cilantro. Serve with peanut butter sauce, and enjoy!
*NOTE: Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste or use your favorite spices instead.
