Ingredients: 

  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 6 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 leaves basil, fresh
  • 2 leaves lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions: 

  1. Combine feta cheese, cucumber, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, and dill in a serving bowl.
