Stir-Fried Cauliflower With Eggs Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1½ cup cauliflower, in florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 medium egg s
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika
  • 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions: 

  1. Boil the cauliflower florets in a pot filled with water for 5–6 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, and chili flakes (optional). Mix in grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add cauliflower florets and cook, occasionally stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower and mix everything together. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring, or until eggs are set. Top with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
