A simple and easy-to-make option that you can make the night before.
We are talking about our delicious Greek yogurt with berries and chia. Bonus: add some crushed nuts for more texture.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt, 4% fat
- 1⅓ tbsp chia seeds
- 40g/¼ cup walnuts
- 3 small strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp blueberries
- 2 drops stevia liquid

Instructions:
- In a serving bowl, add walnuts and top them with Greek yogurt. Then, mix in stevia liquid.
- Garnish with strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds. Serve and enjoy!
*NOTE: Feel free to substitute our suggested sweetener with any other sugar-free sweetener you have.
**NOTE: Feel free to use frozen berries.
