Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 15g (1 slice) bacon, raw
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 4 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 leaves lettuce
- ½ small cucumber, sliced

Instructions:
- Fry the bacon slices in a pan on medium-high heat until crispy. Remove the crispy bacon from the pan and set it on paper towels to drain.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a separate pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs straight into the pan and cook for about 2–3 minutes or until the desired doneness. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Serve fried eggs on a plate together with fried bacon, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Enjoy!
