Smoothies can be dairy-free and keto-friendly.
Using almond milk instead of cow’s milk and soy protein in place of yogurt, this strawberry and peanut butter smoothie is as creamy and delicious as any other smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 6 medium strawberries, chopped
- 1½ tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp isolated soy protein
- 4 drops stevia liquid
Prep time | Cooking time | Total time |
2 minutes | 3 minutes | 5 minutes |
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass. Serve and enjoy!
