Strawberry and Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe

Using almond milk instead of cow’s milk and soy protein in place of yogurt, this strawberry and peanut butter smoothie is as creamy and delicious as any other smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 6 medium strawberries, chopped
  • 1½ tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp isolated soy protein
  • 4 drops stevia liquid

Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Serve and enjoy!
