The spicy, crunchy, and healthy Brussels sprouts recipe is a gem of a dish.
It can be eaten as a side or just a quick snack. Either way is cool!
Ingredients:
- 1lb Brussels sprouts, rinsed and trimmed
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
For the cheese sauce:
- 1½ tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup water

How to prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam the Brussels sprouts for 3 minutes and cut them in half. Save fallen leaves. Place them on the lined baking sheet on a tray.
- Pour oil, then add vinegar, salt, and pepper over Brussels sprouts. Toss everything by hand. Place the sprouts evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake them for 10 minutes till they become crispy.
- While the Brussels sprouts are baking, prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the Brussels sprouts immediately. You can use the sauce as a dip or a dressing.
