Fried egg with bacon and sausage can be quite ordinary. Make your keto breakfast pop by serving this low-carb, high-fat meal with a simply zesty salad.
Ingredients:
- ½ medium cucumber, sliced
- ½ small avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 20g/0.7oz bacon, raw
- 1 medium egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 6 medium cherry tomatoes, quarters
- 1 pinch basil, dried
- 80g/2.8oz pork sausage, raw
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes, or until the desired doneness. Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
- In the meantime, heat a separate frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the sausage for about 2–3 minutes, add bacon, and fry until crispy.
- Serve fried egg, sausage, and bacon with avocado, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber on a plate. Sprinkle a pinch of dried basil and drizzle lemon juice over the vegetables. Enjoy!
