Add half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and ground black pepper, and mix through.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add in spinach and fold the omelet, sprinkle with parsley and the remaining cheddar cheese.
