Add tofu, toss to coat, and set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place chopped cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles rice.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add cauliflower rice and cook for 3\u20135 minutes, then remove and set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the same pan, add tofu with peanut butter sauce and fry for 3\u20134 minutes on each side until crispy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place crispy tofu cubes in a bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro.
