Add minced garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Then add the tofu cubes and fry for 2\u20133 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat the remaining olive oil in the same pan over medium heat and add the sliced bell pepper. Season with a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir-fry for 3\u20134 minutes or until slightly tender.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serve the tofu and bell pepper in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and add basil leaves on top.
