Place in a pot of salted boiling water and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is very soft and mushy. Drain and set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1\u20132 minutes, until fragrant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place the cooked cauliflower, sauteed garlic, remaining butter, cream cheese, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and ground black pepper in a food processor.
