Steam for another 5 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, place the cheese in a medium saucepan (you can use a fondue set if you have one) and melt over low heat for 5\u201310 minutes. Add 2\u20133 tablespoons of water for consistency if desired.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add garlic, mustard powder, ground black pepper, and nutmeg. Stir well and continuously.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer cheese to a bowl (keep melted cheese warm to maintain consistency) and arrange cooked and drained vegetables on top.
