Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer, and cover the pot. Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a saucepan.
