Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Steam the Brussels sprouts for 3 minutes and cut them in half. Save fallen leaves. Place them on the lined baking sheet on a tray.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour oil, then add vinegar, salt, and pepper over Brussels sprouts. Toss everything by hand. Place the sprouts evenly on the baking sheet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bake them for 10 minutes till they become crispy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While the Brussels sprouts are baking, prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
