Chop the celery and onion while the oil heats. Add the garlic, onion, and green beans to the pot. Cook to make them soft and fragrant for 3\u20134 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add salt and pepper to taste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add cauliflower florets and bell pepper to the pot and cook for another 2\u20133 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the vegetable stock to the pot, then mix and boil gently.
