The dough will firm up as the flour absorbs the water. Let it rest for 5\u201310 minutes, and then make 8 small dough balls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, put the tofu in a small pot and add 2 cups of water. Then add spices and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes after boiling. Cut them into small crumbles. Then add tomato sauce to the tofu and let it cool down.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preheat the oven to 360\u00b0F\/180\u00b0C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roll the dough into 2mm (less than 1\/8in) disks. Close and shape the empanada by folding it over the plastic. Allow to cool.
