Put the tofu in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, or up to 4 hours, before cooking.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preheat the oven to 400\u00baF\/200\u00b0C.
